Ingredients

  1. 500 gramsall purpose flour
  2. 2 tbspdouble acting baking powder
  3. 4 tbspvanilla margarine
  4. 2whole eggs
  5. 1 canevaporated milk or 410 ml of fresh milk
  6. 1cheese
  7. 375 gramswhite sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Sift all purpose flour, sugar and baking powder into a circle bowl and mix it well.

  2. 2

    Melt the vanilla margarine and add it to the flour mixture.

  3. 3

    In your flour mixture add the mixed two whole eggs.

  4. 4

    Now, add the evaporated milk or fresh milk.

  5. 5

    Mix all the ingredients until it has no lamps.

  6. 6

    If you have the perfect consistency of your puto mixture you can now start to cook it.

  7. 7

    Pour mixture into molder and steam it for 15 to 20 minutes.

  8. 8

    Put sliced cheese on top of your puto and cook it for another 30 seconds or until cheese start to melt.

  9. 9

    Serve and enjoy.
