Sift flour sugar salt and Yeast into mixing bowl. Add warm (lukewarm) water. Add olive oil and mix generously until combined. Leave in a floured bowl for 30 mins for dough to rise. When the dough doubles in size, roll onto a floured surface and roll out flat to desired thickness. Place in pizza tray or pan that has been greased and floured. Brush the dough with marinara sauce and sprinkle Italian seasoning and a light coating of cheese. Prebake for 20 mins. When the dough is finished, chop the toppings and arrange on pizza along with more cheese and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
