When the eggs are done roll eggs into a roll use gravity to help roll. By tilting pan as you roll.

Cut in half unroll on a plate. Add mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, grated parmesan cheese, and cayenne pepper. Roll back up serve hope you enjoy!
