  • 1 lb.chicken breast
  • Соль, перец, растительное масло

Steps

  1. 1

    При необходимости размороженные грудки порезать надвое чтобы уменьшить толщину.

  2. 2

    Куриные грудки отбить молотком, посолить и поперчить с 2 сторон

  3. 3

    Выложить курицу на разогретую сковороду поджаривать с 2 сторон до готовности на малом огне.
