Gather the fish a bowl and break apart as much a possible, then add bell peppers and onion.

Put all seasonings in and mix

Add egg and cracker, mix well

Add oil to a pan, and then fry on both sides until cooked all the way though.

Serve with a salad, I made ours into little cheeseburgers with lettuce and tomato
