To make the porridge to be sour, you must first prepare it 3 days before cooking it.

In a Tupperware container you must pour your mabele meal and the add hot water then cold water and stir and cover airtight for 3 days.

When is fermented like this now you can cook it.

In a pot pour your boiled water and let it boiled again on a stove

Then once is boiled the pour your sour mabele to cook please stir until it's thick.

Once is cooked to perfection it's ready to be served with sugar to your taste.
