In a large mixing bowl, put in the dry ingredients. In another small bowl, beat in together eggs and milk and add to the dry ingredients. Mix all together into a soft dough. Cover and keep in a warm place to rise.

Once doubled in size, place on a floured surface and roll out to a rectangular shape. Then put dollops of butter on 1/3 side of the dough, close up the buttered side into the middle then fold the other side over. Place in the fridge for 15 minutes. Repeat three times.

Finally roll the whole dough and stretch it out, cut out the small triangular shapes, roll them in. Place them on a baking tray and place in a warm place to rise slightly.

Brush with milk. Bake at 180 degrees centigrade for 20-25 minutes
