Steps

Cut lemons into slices as well as chop parsley

Melt butter and squeeze juice from lemon into butter with chopped parsley.

Cut filets into four pieces and dip in melted butter. Place on baking sheet.

Preheat oven to 350°F

Let bake for 25-35 minutes

Cook rice in pot

Steam vegetables.
