  1. 1 cupall purpose flour
  2. 2 tbsponion powder
  3. 2 tbspgarlic powder
  4. 1 tspcayenne pepper
  5. 1 tspsalt
  6. 1/2 tsppepper
  7. 2cornish hen
  8. 1/4 cupchicken broth
  9. 1/2 cupbuttermilk

Cooking Instructions

    Put flour and next five ing. In a shallow bowl and dredge hens in flour mix and shake.off excess.

    Coat pan with oil and cook hens on both sides until browned and remove the hens and sprinkle flour into drippings.

    Mix flour into fat to dissolve& pour in chicken broth. Let cook 5 mins. To slightly reduce and thicken.

    Stir in buttermilk to make gravy creamy and return the hens. Simmer and season with s&p and serve
