Cooking Instructions

Boil quartered potatoes.Heat ghee and oil in a wok.Smear salt on potatoes and fry.Set aside.In the remaining oil sprinkle half crushed black pepper.Fry the chopped onion till transparent.Add chicken.Add ginger garlic paste,sugar and salt and other masalas and toss.Add 1 1/2 cups water and cover and simmer for 15 minutes.Add the potatoes,a pinch of orange red food colour and boil for sometime.Sprinkle garam masala,meat masala and black pepper and give it a boil.Garnish with chopped coriander.

Well, pour it on a chicken sandwich for breakfast, or on your mashed potato at lunch and on your roasted chicken for dinner! You can even pour it on your pasta! Use your wild imagination! Be crazy about it JUST BECAUSE YOU CAN! Make more of it because this recipe is only made for 1 cup of gravy!Lemme know how it goes!
