Tear the bread slices in small pieces and drizzle milk on it to moist the bread.Mix moist bread,potatoes and salt,garam masala,corn flour and mix well to make dough. Make the balls of equal size from this dough and keep aside.

Add all the filling ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Keep aside filling is ready.

Take one portion of the covering mixture and flatten it using your palms.Place a portion of the filling in between and seal giving the shape of kachori.Sprinkle some corn flour on kachori and keep a side, deep fry in hot oil till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides.

Serve hot with dhania pudina chutney or sauce.
