Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgmatumbo
  2. Cooking oil
  3. Spring onions
  4. Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash your matumbo properly

  2. 2

    Then put it in a sufuria with water

  3. 3

    Then add your chopped spring onions

  4. 4

    Then boil it until it's soften

  5. 5

    After the water for boiling is over add your cooking oil

  6. 6

    Stir until it's dry then add your sliced tomatoes and salt to taste

  7. 7

    Stir and add small amount of water then let it simmer while covering it

  8. 8

    Served while it's still hot
