150 gbeans pre- soaked
1small onion
2large tomatoes
3medium size carrots
1 tbspoil
to tasteSalt

Put oil in a pan and heat. Add in onions and stir well.

Add in the diced carrots and tomatoes then stir well enough.

Add in the boiled beans and stir well enough. Dissolve royco in 20 mls of water and add in water for soup.

Boil for 5 minutes and then serve.
