Ingredients

1 kgpotatoes
2garlic cloves
1 Teaspoonginger
4 teaspoonsmixed herbs and spices
1 Teaspoonsalt
100 mloil

Steps

1

Peel and wash potatoes and

Chop garlic and ginger and mix well with herbs and spices

Add salt and oil and mix again
4

Pat dry potatoes and add to the mixture
5

Place on baking tray and bake at 180 degrees C for 20-30 minutes
6
