Suji ki jalebi

Take a bowl, add suji, curd and water(as required) mix well to make a smooth batter

Cover and keep a side for 30 mins

Than ready to sugar syrup.. take hai pan add water sugar to boil stir continuously till the sugar dissolves add a ladle full of milk

The scum rise to the top collect it with a ladle and discard

Add 1 teaspoon elaichi powder

Cook till the syrup reaches one string Constancy

Turn off the gas and add 2-3 drop lemon juice

Then after 30 mins add 1 teaspoon backing soda & mix well

Pour a ladelfull of batter in jalebi maker

Heat clarified oil squeeze round spirals into the hot oil and deep fry

Turn the jalebies gently

Drain and soak in sugar syrup, soak for 2-3 mins then take them out of the syrup

Jalebies are ready to serve
