  2. 1 stickbutter
  3. 1/2 cupmilk
  4. 1/4 tspgarlic powder
  5. 1/2 tspsalt
  6. 1 tbspmayonnaise
  7. 1/4 tspPEPPER

    PEEL POTATOES.

  2. 2

    CUT POTATOES IN QUARTERS.

  3. 3

    PLACE POTATOES IN LARGE POT AND COVER WITH COLD WATER.

  4. 4

    BOIL POTATOES UNTIL TENDER.

  5. 5

    DRAIN POTATOES.

  6. 6

    PLACE POTATOES IN MIXER AND ADD BUTTER AND MILK. BLEND ON MEDIUM SPEED UNTIL SMOOTH.

  7. 7

    ADD 1 TABLESPOON MAYONNAISE, SALT, PEPPER AND GARLIC POWDER. SOUNDS CRAZY, BUT. MAYONNAISE REALLY MAKES POTATOES CREAMY. BLEND
