PLACE POTATOES IN MIXER AND ADD BUTTER AND MILK. BLEND ON MEDIUM SPEED UNTIL SMOOTH.

ADD 1 TABLESPOON MAYONNAISE, SALT, PEPPER AND GARLIC POWDER. SOUNDS CRAZY, BUT. MAYONNAISE REALLY MAKES POTATOES CREAMY. BLEND
