Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupsoy sauce
  2. 1/3 cupsugar
  3. 3 tbspsake (or rice wine)
  4. 2 tbspsesame oil
  5. 8 cloveminced garlic
  6. 4thinly sliced scallions
  7. 1/2 tspground black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix together and use as a marinade for beef, chicken, or pork!

  2. 2

    Sometimes, instead of using sugar, I grate in a whole pear or apple.

This looks good and easy, do you have a suggestion on meat cuts? If I make it I want those things, small pieces in order to maximize the surface area of the marinade.Any suggestions?
