2Monterey jack cheese

2 cupHam Cut up..as much as you like
1onion, chopped
1fresh mushrooms chopped
1Green pepper or pepper of your choice
1salt and pepper to taste
1deep dish pie crust
1Swiss cheese
3eggs
1 cupof heavy cream
1 dashof nutmeg

Saute onion, mushrooms, green pepper till cooked down a bit add salt pepper.

Mix cream and eggs and cheese separate bowl the add ham and saute mixture and mix. Pour in pie she'll and top with more swiss cheese. Total of about 2 cups of swiss.
