It's nice with a bit of salad or in a sandwich. Don't over do it on the salt like I did.
Steps

In a bowl add the chicken, chillies, garlic, pepper, and salt and mix everything together. Leave to marinate for at least 1 hour.

In a heavy based frying pan, heat the olive oil over a medium heat.

Add the chicken pieces and fry for about 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

And enjoy.
