Ingredients

  1. 6chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  2. 3dried chillies, crushed (optional)
  3. 1 tspground black pepper
  4. salt
  5. 1/2 tspcrushed garlic
  6. 5 tbspolive oil, extra virgin

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add the chicken, chillies, garlic, pepper, and salt and mix everything together. Leave to marinate for at least 1 hour.

    In a heavy based frying pan, heat the olive oil over a medium heat.

  3. 3

    Add the chicken pieces and fry for about 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
