Take Bengal gram split(cannay ki daal).Wash then soaked in water for 1/2 hour.Boil in water till it's get tender don't cook till soft drain from water when you feel they are little hard.Then let them dry and put in grinder and make powder form.Now add salt,black pepper powder,red chilli crushed and roasted cumin seeds powder mix well and keeps aside.

Now take flour add 2 table spoons of oil and salt.Make a normal dough with water not so soft not hard.

Now make a small ball stretch with hand fill that mixture spread carefully with rolling pin and deep fry in hot oil its done.
