preheat oven to 350

Grease and lightly flour 2 loaf pans.

Beat eggs, gradually add sugar, then beat in oil very well. After oil, add vanilla.

combine dry ingredients and add to cream mixture alternately w/zucchini. After all is done, stir in walnuts.

Bake for 55 min. Let cool for 10 min then remove from pan to finish cooling.
