Ingredients

  1. 2 lbMussels
  2. 4 clovegarlic
  3. 2shallots, sliced
  4. 1 lbchorizo, chopped
  5. 1 cupchopped parsley
  6. 2 cupdry white wine

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat skillet and brown chorizo, remove from pan and sauté garlic and shallots.

    Add white wine and cook to burn off alcohol

  4. 4

    Add Mussels, cover and steam until cooked.

  6. 6

    Pour in serving dish, add chorizo and parsley. Serve with toasted baguette.
