Soaked the date in warm milk 1/2 an hour

Now grind the date and make smooth paste

Put nonstick pan on flame put ghee in pan

Now add date paste and cook it medium slow flame

Add sugar and cook when became little thick add ghee 1sp ghee

Add nuts and elaichi cook again add ghee when ghee absorb add more ghee and cook

When became thick and absorb whole ghee now switch off the flame

And spread the batter on butter papper/greased plate
- 9
Set 1-2hour and cut it.
