Ingredients

  1. 3eggs
  2. 1/2 cupoil (120 ml)
  3. 1 cupmilk (240 ml)
  4. 1 teaspoonsalt
  5. 1 tablespoonbaking powder
  6. Shredded cheese, to taste
  7. 2 canscreamed corn
  8. 10level tablespoons flour

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the eggs with the oil and milk.

  2. 2

    Add the salt and baking powder.

  3. 3

    Stir well, then add the shredded cheese and the cans of creamed corn.

  4. 4

    Finally, add the flour.

  5. 5

    Mix everything well and pour into a large, greased baking pan (I use cooking spray).

    Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

  7. 7

    Bake with heat from the bottom only for about 20 minutes, then switch to both top and bottom heat until golden brown. Enjoy!
