A coworker taught me this recipe many years ago. It's usually made in a blender, but I always mix it by hand because my coworker's blender broke when she tried it. I hope you enjoy it!

A coworker taught me this recipe many years ago. It's usually made in a blender, but I always mix it by hand because my coworker's blender broke when she tried it. I hope you enjoy it!

Mix the eggs with the oil and milk.

Add the salt and baking powder.

Stir well, then add the shredded cheese and the cans of creamed corn.

Finally, add the flour.

Mix everything well and pour into a large, greased baking pan (I use cooking spray).

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

Bake with heat from the bottom only for about 20 minutes, then switch to both top and bottom heat until golden brown. Enjoy!
