Ingredients

  • 1smoked Turkey leg
  • 4smoked pork neckbones
  • 2 tbspminced garlic
  • 1Onion diced
  • 3 tbspchicken bouillon
  • 1crushed red pepper flakes to taste
  • 1Black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cupred wine vinegar
  • 1 largehead of cabbage

Steps

  1. 1

    Put first eight ingredients in large pot, cover with water bring to a boil then summer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Cut cabbage into wedges, cut wedges, put in pot and simmer for 20 minutes or until cabbage is tender, taste broth, adjust seasoning to suit your taste. Enjoy!

Currently cooking just added cabbage...tasted liquor omg this recipe is truth however I did add some turmeric just for my husband's benefit but when I say it is so good thank you.
