  1. 2 tbspOlive Oil
  2. 2 tbspButter
  3. 1Onion chopped
  4. 4 cloveGarlic minced
  5. 3Celery chopped
  6. 4Carrots chopped
  7. 1 cupMushrooms sliced
  8. 2 tbspJalapeño sliced (jar)
  9. Salt and pepper
  10. 2 tbspFlour
  11. 1 tbspFresh Thyme
  12. 1/2 tspCayenne
  13. 4 cupChicken broth
  14. 4 cupRotisserie (cooked) chicken chopped
  15. 5Biscuits

  1. 1

    Dutch oven, heat 3 rounds of Olive Oil, and Butter. Sauté garlic, onion, celery, carrots. Sauté for 6 minutes until softens. Add jalapeño and mushrooms for another 4 minutes. Add flour. Continuing scraping the bottom and fold the veggies. Add thyme, cayenne, and then Chicken broth. This will thicken. Add cooked chicken.

    Put a biscuit split and pour on the chicken ala king. This chicken can be over rice. Also, chicken pot pie.
