Ingredients

  1. 1 packagesChicken sausage ( cut into chunks)
  2. 1/2 cuponion, chopped
  3. 1/2 cupspring onions ( chopped)
  4. 1 clovegarlic( finely chopped)
  5. 2green chillies (sliced)
  6. 1/2 cup green capsicum ( chopped)
  7. 1/2 cuptomato paste
  8. 1/2 tspground black pepper
  9. 1/2 tspred chilli powder ( reduce amt if too spicy)
  10. salt
  11. 1 tspsoy sauce
  12. 1/2 tspsugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a non stick pan, add garlic and brown a lil. Add onions and salt, saute till golden. Add sausages and saute for 5 min.

  2. 2

    Add other spices except soy sauce, sugar and tomato paste and cook for 2-3 min more.

  3. 3

    Mix some water,soy sauce, sugar in tomato paste and pour in. Cook until water evaporates and curry release oil.

  4. 4

    Remove from heat and serve hot with steamed rice. :)
