1 cuproasted habanero salsa
1 tbspground coriander
2 tspgarlic powder
2 tspdried minced onions
1 1/2 tspground cumin
1 tsponion powder
1 tspdried thyme
1 tspground celery seed
1large pinch kosher salt and black pepper
1vegetable oil; as needed

Cover pork loin with enough oil to coat. Season. Roast at 300° for approximately 1 hour or until pork reaches desired doneness.

Pour salsa over roast during last 5 minutes of cooking.
