  • 2 lbboneless pork roast
  • 1 cuproasted habanero salsa
  • 1 tbspground coriander
  • 2 tspgarlic powder
  • 2 tspdried minced onions
  • 1 1/2 tspground cumin
  • 1 tsponion powder
  • 1 tspdried thyme
  • 1 tspground celery seed
  • 1large pinch kosher salt and black pepper
  • 1vegetable oil; as needed

  1. 1

    Cover pork loin with enough oil to coat. Season. Roast at 300° for approximately 1 hour or until pork reaches desired doneness.

  2. 2

    Pour salsa over roast during last 5 minutes of cooking.

    Variations; Other salsas, cilantro, mojo crillo, tequila, ground jalapeño powder, white pepper, lime
