Ingredients

  1. 1 cupice-(not crushed)
  2. 4 largespoonfulls of plain yogurt
  3. 3 largeor 4 spoonfulls of strawberry preserves jelly
  4. 1 largeripe frozen banana
  5. 1/2 cupwhole milk or any other milk

  1. 1

    pour in the cup of ice. put in milk, yogurt, strawberry preserves, banana, and blend for thirty seconds.if stops blending, stop it and stir. then pulse three times, and blend fifteen more seconds.

    pour in glass and enjoy :).
