Combine all of the seasonings.

Thoroughly rinse the chrysanthemum leaves, and score the thick stalk with shallow cuts. Parboil in a generous amount of boiling water. (Be careful not to over-boil.)

Drain the chrysanthemum leaves, chill in cold water, then thoroughly drain the excess water when cooled. Cut into 2 to 3 cm lengths.

Squeeze the excess water from the chrysanthemum leaves once more before combining with the seasonings. Toss with the seasonings, then serve.
