Got this recipe from a friend who swears every year she's eaten this along with Pork & Sauerkraut she been prosperous. The only year she's skipped it she and her husband both lost their jobs! I don't much like sauerkraut but I sure would like my lotto tickets to work this year so I'll take all the help I can get, LOL!

Ingredients

  1. 3 tbspfresh lime juice
  2. 1/4 cupred onion, chopped
  3. 1/2 tspground cumin
  4. 1 tbsphot sauce
  5. 1 stickcelery, chopped
  6. 2roasted red peppers, finely chopped
  7. 1/4 cupcilantro leaves
  8. 2 can(15 oz) black eyed peas, drained
  9. 3 tbspcanola oil
  10. 2 tspfresh grated ginger
  11. salt & pepper

    Mix all ingredients together in a big bowl.

    Eat after midnight New Year's Day with Pork & Sauerkraut.
