Ingredients

  • the soup
  • 1lb. 93% lean ground beef
  • 2 cupbeef broth
  • 115 ounce can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 114 ounce can stewed tomatoes
  • 110.75 ounce can nacho cheese soup, I used campbell's
  • 2 tspeach of salt, chili powder, garlic powder and onion powder

  1. 1

    In a large saucepan, cook beef until no longer pink.

    Stir in all other ingredients and bring to simmer on medium heat. Once simmering turn to low , cover and cook 20 minutes longer.

    Serve with sour cream on top!
