  1. 1 cupFlour
  2. 1/2 tspSalt
  3. 1/2 tspBaking Powder
  4. 1/3 cupWarm Milk
  5. 1 tbspshortening

Cooking Instructions

    Knead all ingredients together. A dash of more milk might be needed. The dough shouldn't be flaky.

    Roll into balls, then roll out flat.

    Cook on a pan until golden brown spots appear.

  4. 4

    I serve mine with butter and then sprinkle a mixture of cinnamon and sugar on it. Or sonetimes just butter.
