Ingredients

  1. 1 cupAp flour
  2. 2 tspSalt
  3. 1 tspGround black pepper
  4. 1/4 tspCayenne pepper
  5. 1/4 tspPaprika
  6. 1 largeEgg
  7. 2Skinless chicken breast fillets
  8. 6 cupVegetable or Canola oil for frying
  9. 1/4 cupWing sauce
  10. 1 tbspMargarine

Cooking Instructions

    Combine the flour,salt,peppers and paprika in a med bowl.

    In another bowl,whisk egg and milk.

  3. 3

    Slice each chicken breast into pieces.

  4. 4

    Preheat oil to 375

  5. 5

    1 or 2 pieces at a time, dip each piece into egg mixture, then into breaking; then repeat until each piece is double coated.

    When all pieces are breaded put on plate and chill for 15mins.

    When done resting place into oil and fry 5-6 mins.

    FOR SAUCE

    Add wing sauce and margarine in a bowl and microwave until melted. Stir to combine.

    When chicken is done place on paper towels.

    Add chicken and sauce in a sealable bowl and shake to coat chicken.
