Butterscotch Dip For Fruit Or Ice Cream

Ingredients

  1. 1 tbsprum extract
  2. 2/3 cupevaporated milk
  3. 2/3 cupchopped pecans
  4. 2 packages( 10 or 11 ounces each) butterscotch chips
  5. 1apple wedges
  6. 1pear wedges

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a 1 1/2 quart slow cooker, combine butterscotch chops and milk.

  2. 2

    Cover and cook on low for 45 to 50 minutes or until chips are softened.

  3. 3

    Stir until smooth.

  4. 4

    Stir in pecans and extract.

  5. 5

    Serve warm with fruit.

  6. 6

    *This also makes an excellent ice cream topping.*

Some of my favorite things are family, friends, my pets, cooking, baking, football (Badger & Packer), Brewer baseball, college basketball, car racing, thrift stores, volunteering, and rummage sales. I have a 9 year old rescue dog, and 7 birds ( 6 are rescue) and they range in age from 1 year to over 19 years old.
