Ingredients

  1. 3 largeeggs
  2. 3/4 cupflour all purpose
  3. 3/4Milk or any alternative milk substitute
  4. 1 tspCinnamon sprinkled over the top or to taste
  5. 1 tbspSugar or honey
  6. 2 tbspButter or coconut oil
  7. 1One Apple sliced
  8. 1Salt to taste about a half teaspoon added to the batter

  1. 1

    Grease s cast iron skillet with the butter or oil. Add sliced Apple spread evenly. Top with batter. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar or honey drizzled. Bake 400 for 25 minutes
