1/4 cupdice onion
fried egg

On a non-stick pan with coconut oil put a round stainless steel ring mould then break and egg and fried it for 2 minutes with covered lid then set aside

Firstly,,,With butter sauté dice onion for 2 minutes then set aside, then in pan With butter add garlic,thyme, spaghetti sauce and mix well, Add grated cheese and buttered onion and mix well then use a fork to mashed it all up to form a paste

Layer 1 fried egg then spread cheese onion paste and top with onion rings then top with another fried egg with thinly slice cucumber ribbon, season with salt and pepper
