Until now, I've always made rice with corn using white rice. But I got some hints from Soratenmama's "Thankful for the Fall Bounty! Sweet Potato and Mixed Grain Rice"and I decided to add mixed grains to my corn rice recipe.At my house, we all sprinkle sesame salt on top, so I use less salt, just a pinch, when cooking the rice. (A pinch of salt seems to bring out the sweetness of the corn). If you want a stronger flavor, you can add 1 teaspoon of salt.The corn cob has a lot of sweetness and flavor, so I cook it with the rice. Recipe by m@n@

I bought corn tacos by mistake but when I tried it in a simple way.it was super crunchy and yumm

I love beans, but as a snack, there has to be more in it for me. This could even go great wrapped in a tortilla or stuffed into some bread ;-)

My mother never served a southern meal with out these, and now I never serve my southern meals with out them! They are delicious and so easy to make.

I love corn bread and have been using this recipe for years. It is a recipe that my mom & dad received for their wedding. #mycookbookEnjoy!

Quick little side dish

I saw this and tried it changing up some things but it's great. Louisiana do it a little different.
