  1. 3 cupcooked white rice
  2. 1/2 lbGround beef cooked and drained
  3. 1 1/4 cupSour cream
  4. 1 cupShredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided
  5. 1 cupShredded cheddar cheese, divided
  6. 1 can4 ounce can of chopped green chilies
  7. 1/2 tspSalt
  8. 1/4 tspPepper

  1. 1

    In a large bowl, combine rice, beef, sour cream, 3/4 cup Monterey Jack cheese, chiles, salt and pepper.

  2. 2

    Spoon into a greased one and a half quart baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

  3. 3

    Bake uncovered, at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through
