Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 lbGround beef
  2. 1/2 lbmild ground Sausage
  3. 1/2 cupItalian breadcrumbs
  4. 1Eggs
  5. 1Onion, minced
  6. 1/2Green pepper, minced
  7. 1 tspeach, Sage, Pepper, Salt, Parsley
  8. 1/2 cupKetchup
  9. 1Additional ketchup for topping

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients in large bowl.

  2. 2

    Make into loaf and place in large baking dish.

    A picture of step 2 of Meatloaf (my way).
  3. 3

    Add ketchup on top as glaze.

  4. 4

    Bake 350° for 1 hr.

  5. 5

    Remove from oven and prop up pan so fat drains away. Let stand 10 min.

  6. 6

    Slice and serve.
