In a pan add butter or ghee add half pod of cleaned and crushed garlic toast but don't turn brown

Add onion and roast again for 4-5 mins then add grated broccoli and stirr continuesly.

Add salt and pepper powder don't cover to get the green colour. Cook for next 5 mins.

Cool and blend in a mixer. In a heavy pan pour the mixture after straining the pulp out. Add some water and boil it

When the mixture boils add skimmed milk and boil again. Squeeze lemon if you like.

While serving add roasted garlic above for great taste.
