Ingredients

  1. 1-1/2 cupall purposes flour
  2. 1/2 cuppumpkin puree
  3. 1/2 cupbanana puree
  4. 1 teaspoonsalt
  5. 1 teaspooncinnamon ground
  6. 1 teaspoonginger ground
  7. 1/2 teaspoonclove ground
  8. 11/2 cupgranulated sugar
  9. 1 cupolive oil
  10. For Honey Glaze
  11. 1/2 cuphoney
  12. 1 tablespoonsoft butter
  13. 2 tablespoonsginger

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven 180 ° c for 10 minutes.

  2. 2

    In a mixing bowl add flour, Baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and cloves. Whisk together.

    In another bowl add sugar and oil and beat a hand mixer until combined. Add pumpkin puree and banana puree and mix well.

  4. 4

    Add half the flour mixture, beating on a low speed.

  5. 5

    Add the remaining flour mixture and stir a until smooth mixture.

  6. 6

    Now spread the batter in a grease loaf pan.

  7. 7

    Bake at 35 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the Center comes out clean.

  8. 8

    Place pan on wire cooling for 10 minutes. Remove bread from the pan and let it cool completely.

  9. 9

    Make HONEY GINGER GLAZED.

  10. 10

    Add butter in a pan in low flame when butter is melted to add ginger and honey mix well and switch off the flame.

    When ready to eat, drizzle loaves with glaze and serve.
