  • 2 cupsrice
  • 300 gmince meat
  • 1onion
  • 1green pepper
  • 5 leaveschomolia
  • 1carrot
  • 1 tsprajah
  • 1 tspBriyani mixed spice
  • 3 tbsoil
  • 1 sachetbenny spice
  • halfcup water

Steps

    Fry onion with rajah

  2. 2

    Add mince meat fry for 10minutes

  3. 3

    Rinse rice and add with a cup of water

  4. 4

    Add chopped green pepper carrots and brian spice

  5. 5

    Chop chomolia and ring potatoes put on top

  6. 6

    Cover with plastic and lid let it steam in a low heat

  7. 7

    Ready to serve
