Put the meat pieces in a hot pan and cover with lid to boil to dry.

Thereafter add enough cooking oil and stir well.

Add well cut tomato and the onions and stir well then cover with the lid for 2mins.

Sprinkles the salt,curry powder and the royco powder,stir well then cover with the lid for 5mins to cook.

Serve with kales and ugali.
