Ingredients

7 servings
  1. 3 1/2 lbchicken thighs
  2. 2 lbmixed vegetables
  3. 2/3 cupbutter
  4. 1/4 cuppaprika
  5. 1 tspseasoned salt
  6. 1/4 tspsalt
  7. 1/4 tspground black pepper
  8. 1/2 tspgranulated garlic powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat oven 425° Fahrenheit

  2. 2

    Add chicken to an oven safe dish. To the chicken add paprika, pepper, salt, garlic and butter

    Put in oven covered. Cook in oven 1 hour and 15 minutes.

    Let rest 5 minutes covered and undisturbed. Serve I hope you enjoy!

To season the chicken, does the butter have to be melted?
And also can i substitute the thighs for chicken breasts?? Thanks
