Very easy recipe..

Boil milk first & make it half in quantity.

Mix mawa, raisin & cashew nuts.

Mix sugar & stir it constantly.

Heat 1spn ghee in another vessel & fry the vermicelli for few mins.

Add vermicelli in milk.

Boil it for sometime.

When it reduced switch off the gas & make it cool for at least 20 mins.

Make mini rasgulla using different colour.

Make mini gulab jamun.

Make different colour of jelly. Ready made jelly pack is easily available in market.

Now the most important time...Yess garnish & mixing time..

Mix rasgulla,gulab jamun & jelly in the milk.

Doodh dulari is ready.Keep it in fridge for half and hour & serve it chilled.
