It's a Maharashtrian Rcp, Spinach and Fenugreek leaves thin gravy consistency sabji, tastes best with Phulkaz or steamed rice..as have it as soup
Steps

Add finely chopped palak and methi leaves

Add besan, haldi Powder,red chilli powder and salt
- 3
Add some water and mix well
- 4
Add gud, grated Ginger and cook till homogeneous mixture
- 5
In separate bowl, prepare tadka by adding rai, haldi Powder, red chilli powder, whole red chilli, heeng and crushed garlic

Add this tadka to cooked sabji,mix well and serve hot
- 7
Ready to serve with bhakari, chapati,phulkaz or steamed rice.. enjoy
