Cook fries while chopping veggies. Add everglades seasoning to fries if you live or got this from Florida.

Coat skillet with olive oil cooking spray. Cook meat & add salt, pepper & Worcestershire sauce. Drain liquid, add chopped veggies and 1/2 can sauce. Cover & cook until fries are done.

Same time as meat cook 1/2 pound of pasta. Add 1 teaspoon salt to water.

Place pasta on plate, meat sauce on top of that, add your favorite cheese, sliced Apple and top fries with fry sauce.
